Supposedly, if you kill Uranus with World Burn rocket launcher, it increases to 40-45% chance to drop. From here, you can actually head back to where Uranus Bot spawned. After interacting with it to save the game, quit then relaunch the game. Uranus Bot - Helios Fallen – There’s a 5% chance he'll drop an effervescent grenade mod "The Electric Chair." Best spot to farm is the one-way fast travel station near where you defeated Uranus Bot.Grenade Mods – Only dropped from two bosses (and the chances are smaller).Shields – Can drop randomly from sand worms in The Burrows but has a 100% chance of spawning from one of Haderax’s chests.If for some reason you did not, some may drop from Haderax's chests. You will most likely have enough by the end of your first playthrough (doing all the side quests as well).Weapons – Random drop from killed enemies (doesn't need to be different-can be duped guns).
Here is a guide for where to get the effervescent-quality gear (might have spoilers): As the trophy description states, there is no Effervescent class mod. There’s a high chance to get Effervescent-quality gear from those - mostly just weapons and shields. After defeating Haderax the Invincible (see Spicy Boy), 4 effervescent chests will appear. Most of the gear are from random drops, but a few items you can get from a boss or quest reward. Effervescent-quality gear is the new rarity offered for this DLC, and it has a rainbow-like texture.
